This is my final word...

...On all this distasteful sock-puppetry. Yet another spat has broken out between two authors where one accuses another of bad internet practise (strenuously denied, by the way). This is what happens when suspicion replaces good sense.

And then there are authors who respond to negative reviews publicly. Of course, we all seethe when someone criticises our books. However aggrieved you feel and however friends and family want to leap to you defence, resist the urge. It always turns ugly, as a keen book review writes on her blog. 

DON'T DO IT

And finally, I would like to add my name to this list of illustrious names who want all this to stop. Right now. Please read this if you haven't already done so.

And now, I'm shall return to writing about writing not about authors behaving badly. This is supposed to be a blog about writing. Time I moved on and got back to it. And I hope to have some goodish news soon. In spite if all the negativity, it's always about the writing and nothing else.
